Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate your unique return authorization number.
Pack and Label
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your account.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any NZ Post location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
