Pacific Harvest Sea Spaghetti Branches is organically wild harvested and air dried naturally to preserve nutrients and tested for contaminants.

The fine white powder which may be evident on this seaweed is glutamine, a naturally occurring amino acid which rises to the surface of a wild harvested seaweed as it dries naturally. This is the source of wonderful umami flavour in wild harvested seaweeds and is not to be confused with mould!
