Hemp seed flour contains protein, high levels of dietary fibre both soluble and insoluble and essential amino acids. In addition, the oil component provides one of the richest sources of the essential fatty acids (EFAās) linoleic acid (Omega 6, LA) and alpha linolenic acid (Omega 3, ALA).
